V. Construction Guidelines
1. Substrate Requirements: The wall surface must be flat, dry (moisture content ≤9%), and free of cracks. Old walls need to be sanded and repaired.
2. Construction Process:
○ Primer Application: Alkali-resistant primer is recommended to enhance adhesion, with a coverage rate of 8-10㎡/kg;
○ Main Coating Application: Yongrongmi Travertine (Tilapia) is applied in two coats by trowel or spray, with a thickness of 2-50mm. Theoretical consumption is 3.0-10.0 kg/m², with a 24-hour interval between each coat;
○ Texture Treatment: Use a trowel or special tool to press out a porous texture, and sand it smooth after drying;
○ Topcoat Treatment: Apply waterproof topcoat by roller or spray, with a coverage rate of 0.3-0.4 kg/m².
Construction Guide Demonstration
● Offers 48 standard colors (e.g., white, ivory, minimalist gray), and supports custom color matching (up to 1000 colors). The color powder ratio is 1kg powder + 0.025kg color powder.
