Metallic paint is a weakly acidic polymer compound that converts iron oxides (rust) into organic iron compounds, also known as a rust converter. It cures at room temperature, even at low temperatures (-10°C), and can be used with various topcoats. It offers fast-drying films, excellent physical and mechanical properties, and easy application.
Metallic paint is widely used as a rust-proof primer for steel structures in harsh environments, such as chemical equipment, petroleum equipment, power equipment, railways, bridges, steel structures, tower cranes, automobiles, and machine tools. It can serve as a complementary primer for various topcoats. It is formulated using a specialized process consisting of epoxy resin, red iron oxide, rust-inhibiting pigments, corrosion-resistant fillers, special additives, and solvents.

2. No sanding is required, eliminating the need for manual rust removal. If rust already exists, simply brush directly onto the rusted surface. A gentle brushing instantly replaces the rusted surface, and the process is odorless.
3. Excellent rust conversion properties allow for painting even with rust. It offers excellent wear resistance, durability, adhesion, and strong impact resistance. It also offers broad oil and solvent resistance, as well as superior salt spray resistance. The coating dries quickly, and the interlayer adhesion is strong.
