Substrate Preparation
• Cleaning: Remove oil and rust; use sandblasting or grinding to Sa2.5 grade.
• Repair: Fill defects with the matching putty.
Coating Application
• Spraying: Airless spraying pressure 0.3-0.5 MPa, single coat thickness 80-150 μm.
• Brush/Roller Coating: Suitable for small areas, apply evenly in multiple layers.
Cure: Surface dry in 1-2 hours, fully dry in 24 hours, reaches optimal performance in 7 days.
