V. Application Guidelines
Substrate Preparation
• Cleaning: Free from oil stains and dust, moisture content ≤8%.
• Repair: Seal cracks with epoxy resin putty and fill holes with polymer cement mortar.
Coating Application:
• Spraying: Keep the spray gun 30-50cm away from the substrate, apply pressure 0.3-0.5MPa, and apply a single coat ≤2mm thick.
• Scraping: Use a notched scraper to ensure even thickness and avoid missed areas.
Curing: Surface dry in 2-3 days, fully dry in 7+ days. Avoid stepping on or exposing to direct sunlight during the curing period.
