Moisture Content: ≤ 10% (Concrete substrates require 28 days of curing)
OPH Value: ≤ 10; exceeding this value requires the application of an alkali-resistant primer.
2. Recommended Construction Process
Substrate Treatment → Alkali-resistant Primer (0.15kg/㎡) → First Coat of Yongrong Textured Fabric Paint (1.0kg/㎡) → Texture Shaping (using a special roller) → Second Coat of Topcoat (0.8kg/㎡) → Topcoat Clear Varnish (0.12kg/㎡) Recommended texturing tools: Straight-textured roller, twill-textured comb, sponge applicator, etc. Application temperature: 5-35℃, humidity ≤85%
