2. Key points of construction process:
(1) Base layer Treatment: Use a 2m straightedge to check the flatness (error ≤ 2mm/2m). Hollow areas need to be cut, repaired, and coated with interface agent; old walls need to have the original coating removed down to the structural layer, and after repairing cracks, fiberglass mesh should be applied.
(2) Metal layer construction: When spraying, the spray gun should be 40cm away from the wall, the air pressure should be 0.3-0.4MPa, and the horizontal uniform speed should be moved to form a uniform particle distribution; when troweling, the trowel should be at a 45° angle to the wall, and the construction should be carried out in a "W" shaped trajectory, with an overlap width of 10-15cm.
(3) Curing requirements: After the construction is completed, it should be naturally cured for 7 days to avoid Contact and contamination; In low-temperature environments (<5℃), the curing time needs to be extended to 14 days.
