I. Product Introduction
Yongrong Malaysian Paint is a high-end water-based artistic coating originating from Venetian craftsmanship in Europe. Composed of natural resins, mineral pigments, marble powder, and beeswax, it is applied with a special trowel to create a texture and silky sheen similar to natural stone. Its name derives from the horseshoe-like pattern that appears after application, combining artistry and practicality, making it a preferred material for modern high-end architectural decoration.
1. Environmentally Friendly and Healthy: Utilizing a natural inorganic formula, it is formaldehyde-free and low in VOCs, meeting the GB 30981.1-2025 standard "Limits of Hazardous Substances in Coatings," and has passed EU CE certification and China's Ten-Ring Certification.
2. Strong Decorative Properties: The surface presents a warm pearlescent sheen and delicate texture. Customized effects such as marble and leather are available. 1. Substrate Treatment
Substrate Requirements: Clean, flat, dry (moisture content <10%), pH <10, free of loose material and algae. Treatment Steps: 1. Apply 2-3 coats of water-resistant putty → Sand smooth (240-360 grit sandpaper) → Apply alkali-resistant sealing primer (0.15kg/㎡).
2. Construction Process:
1). Color Mixing: Add special colorant to achieve the target color and mix thoroughly.
2). Thin Base Coat: Apply the first coat evenly with a stainless steel putty knife, approximately 0.3mm thick, covering the primer completely without showing through.
3). Texture Layering: After drying completely (approximately 4 hours), apply 2-3 coats at different angles to fill gaps and create a three-dimensional effect.
4). Polishing and Finishing: When 80% dry, lightly scrape with a putty knife at a 45° angle to create a high-gloss or matte texture.
3. Theoretical Consumption: Primer: 0.15-0.2kg/㎡; Yongrong Malaysian Paint: 0.4-0.6kg/㎡ (fluctuates depending on texture complexity).

Storage Conditions: Store in a cool, dry place (5-35℃), avoid direct sunlight and rain. Shelf life: 12-18 months (use within 24 hours of opening).
1. Construction Safety: Wear KN95 respirators, goggles, and solvent-resistant gloves. Scaffolding is required for working at heights. Open flames are strictly prohibited on the construction site. ABC type fire extinguishers must be available (≥2 per 50㎡).
2. Usage Precautions: The ambient temperature should be ≥5℃, humidity ≤85%. Avoid work in windy weather. Loose coatings on old walls must be removed. A bonding agent must be applied to tile substrates.
3. Cleaning and Maintenance: For water-based stains, wipe with warm water and detergent. For oil-based stains, treat with a cotton cloth dampened with paint.
VIII. Recommended Tools
