Lime Rock Coating is a new type of material. Its specific information is as follows:
Chemical Composition: 
Lime Rock Coating typically contains 218 titanium dioxide, 8663 emulsion, 300-mesh titanium dioxide, expanded clay, and mica flakes. Some products may contain finely ground and graded natural minerals.

Physical Properties: High hardness and strong abrasion resistance, suitable for high-traffic areas, good flexibility and impact resistance, the paint film is not prone to cracking.

Construction Process:
1. Wall Preparation: Ensure the wall surface is clean, flat, and free of oil and dust. For tile or wood flooring, no demolition is required, it can be directly covered.
2. Primer Application: Apply one to two coats of penetrating primer evenly to the putty wall surface or treated substrate to enhance adhesion.
3. Intermediate Coat Application: Apply one to two coats of sanding intermediate coat, ensuring even application and no missed spots.
4. Main Coat Application: After the intermediate coat is completely dry, apply two coats of the main coat evenly using a special material. When the second coat is about 70% dry, smooth it with a stainless steel trowel.
5. Sanding and Topcoat: After the main coat is completely dry, sand to remove dust, and apply one to two coats of sapphire topcoat.
Application Scenarios:
Interior Walls: Suitable for living room, bedroom, and other walls, providing a wear-resistant and aesthetically pleasing surface.
Floors: Can be directly applied to sanded floors or tile surfaces, providing high hardness and wear resistance.
