V. Construction Guidelines
1. Substrate Preparation
• Substrate Requirements: Clean, flat (error ≤ 1mm/2m), dry (moisture content < 10%), pH < 10, free of loose material and algae.
• Preparation Steps: Apply 2-3 coats of water-resistant putty → sand smooth (240-360 grit sandpaper) → apply alkali-resistant sealing primer (0.12-0.15kg/㎡).
2. Construction Process (Taking Orange Peel Texture as an Example)
1) Roller Coating Primer: Add 10%-20% water to the alkali-resistant sealing primer, apply one coat by roller, and dry for 2 hours.
2) Roller Coating Intermediate Coat: Add 10% water to Yongrong Lambskin Art Paint, apply one coat by roller, and dry for 2 hours.
3) Texture Drawing: Yongrong Lambskin Art Paint is undiluted. Apply with a short-nap roller (slightly thicker), then immediately use a medium-nap roller to pull back the paint in the same direction, creating an orange peel texture (large areas require two people).
3. Theoretical Consumption
● Primer: 0.12-0.15 kg/㎡
● Lambskin Art Paint: 0.25-0.35 kg/㎡ (two coats).
