I. Product Introduction
Yongrong exterior wall putty powder is a specialized leveling material for exterior walls, made with cement-based or polymer-modified materials as the core raw material, and supplemented with heavy calcium carbonate powder, quartz sand, and functional additives. It features high strength, water resistance, and crack resistance, providing a solid foundation for exterior wall decorative layers.
1. High Bonding Strength: ≥0.6MPa under standard conditions, ≥0.4MPa after immersion in water.
2. Water Resistance and Impermeability: No blistering or cracking after >48h water resistance test.
3. Crack Resistance: Good flexibility, adaptable to slight deformation of the substrate.
4. Environmentally Friendly and Safe: Complies with GB 18582-2020 "Limits of Hazardous Substances in Interior Wall Coatings for Interior Decoration and Renovation Materials".
● New Buildings: Leveling of concrete walls and aerated concrete block walls.
● Renovation Projects: Repair of hollow areas in old walls, restoration of substrate flatness.
● Special Substrates: Pre-treatment of insulation board surfaces and steel structure substrates.

V. Construction Specifications
1. Substrate Treatment: Remove oil stains and laitance; repair holes (1:3 cement mortar recommended). Base layer flatness ≤ 5mm/2m, no hollow areas or cracks.
2. Construction Process: Application thickness: ≤ 2mm per coat, total thickness ≤ 5mm. Interval: Sand after each coat dries (approximately 24 hours).
3. Environmental Requirements: Construction temperature 5-35℃, air humidity ≤ 85%. Avoid direct sunlight or rainy weather.
● Packaging specifications: 25kg/bag (Yongrong composite woven bag)
● Storage conditions: Dry and ventilated place, shelf life 6 months.
● Wear a dust mask and gloves during construction to avoid inhaling dust.
● If accidentally splashed into eyes, immediately rinse with water and seek medical attention.
