Yongrong Eggshell Light Art Coating uses water-based acrylic emulsion as the core film-forming substance, supplemented with titanium dioxide (to provide hiding power) and ultra-fine fillers (such as calcium carbonate and talc) to adjust the texture. Environmentally friendly additives (dispersants, thickeners, and mildew inhibitors) are added to optimize performance. Some high-end products also add antibacterial ingredients (such as silver ions or nano zinc oxide) to enhance functionality.
II. Product Features
1.Gloss and texture: The 60° gloss value is stable at 10-25 GU, presenting a soft diffuse reflection effect like an eggshell, and the touch is as delicate as lambskin.2.Durability: Resistant to scrubbing ≥6000 times (superior grade standard), paint film tackiness ≤2, stain-resistant and wear-resistant.
3.Environmental friendliness: Complies with GB 18582-2020 standard, VOC content ≤80 g/L, some products have passed French A+ and German TÜV Rheinland low VOC certification.
4.Functionality: It has alkali-resistant, mildew-resistant, moisture-proof and breathable properties. Some Yongrong Eggshell Light products have added antibacterial ingredients, with an antibacterial rate of 99.99%.

IV. Technical Parameters
Gloss (60°): 10-25 GU; Scrub resistance: ≥6000 cycles (Superior grade); Adhesion: Cross-cut adhesion test, 0-1 grade contrast ratio: ≥0.93 (GB/T 9756-2018 Superior grade); VOC content: ≤80 g/L; Antibacterial rate: ≥99.9% (against Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, etc.).
Basic Standard: GB/T 9756-2018 "Synthetic Resin Emulsion Interior Wall Coatings". Group Standard: T/SDTL 11-2024 "Thin-coat Eggshell Gloss Art Coatings for Buildings", which adds indicators such as multi-angle gloss difference (difference between 60° and 85° ≤ 10) and thixotropic index TI ≤ 4.5 to standardize workability.
Topcoat: 4-5 ㎡/kg/two coats (roller application), spray application requires 10%-15% more. Primer: 0.12-0.15 kg/㎡ (one coat).
It provides 108-2088 standard color cards to support computer color matching. For dark paints, the amount of pigment added should be controlled to ≤8% to avoid cracking.

IX. Product Storage
Store in a cool, dry place between 0℃ and 35℃, avoiding direct sunlight and frost. Shelf life is 12 months. Once opened, seal tightly. Unused paint should be used within 7 days.X. Requirements for the base layer of the construction site
1.Flatness: Deviation ≤3mm/2m, no sand holes or honeycomb holes.
2.Dryness: Moisture content <10%, pH value <10.
3.Processing procedure: New walls need to be cured for 14 days, and old walls should have the loose layer removed before applying a bonding agent.
1.Base treatment: interface agent → putty layer (2 coats) → sand smooth.
2.Primer: Apply one coat of penetrating primer by roller or spray, at a rate of 0.12-0.15 kg/m².
3.Topcoat: Apply two coats of Yongrong eggshell gloss paint by roller, with a 2-hour interval between each coat, and finish the surface in the same direction.
1.Preparation: Dilute with water to ≤20% (by volume) and stir well.
2.Application tools: We recommend using a short-pile roller (to avoid dripping) or an airless spray gun (for better atomization).
3.Acceptance: After drying, check for uniform gloss, absence of brush marks, and color difference △E≤2.
XIII. Precautions
Environmental limitations: Application temperature ≥ 5℃, humidity < 85%, avoid rainy days or humid weather. Application prohibitions: Do not apply directly to old paint films; loose layers must be completely removed. Color mixing reminder: For darker paints, allow 5%-8% margin to avoid batch color variations.
Basic tools: roller, wool brush, putty knife, spray gun. Auxiliary tools: laser rangefinder (for measuring area), color matching light (to ensure accurate colors).
1.Protective measures: Wear gloves and masks during construction to avoid skin contact and inhalation of dust.
2.Emergency treatment: If the substance gets into your eyes, rinse immediately with water and seek medical attention.
3.Environmental reminder: Empty buckets must be recycled separately, and leftover paint must not be poured down the drain.
