I. Product Introduction
Yongrong Transparent Waterproof Adhesive is an environmentally friendly waterproof coating made from high-molecular polymers (such as acrylic emulsion and polyurethane resin) as a base, with added anti-seepage additives and UV absorbers. It is specifically designed for protecting and decorating building surfaces. Its high transparency preserves the original texture of the substrate (such as tiles, stone, and cement) while forming a dense waterproof membrane to resist rain, moisture, and chemical erosion. It is suitable for building exteriors, balconies, kitchens, and bathrooms. Yongrong Transparent Waterproof Adhesive uses single-component/two-component cross-linking technology, producing a colorless and transparent film that combines waterproofing and breathability. Its film thickness is typically 0.3-1.5mm, effectively covering micro-cracks (≤0.5mm) while maintaining the original appearance of the substrate, making it suitable for applications requiring high decorative effects. The application process is flexible, allowing for brushing, rolling, or spraying. It cures quickly, allowing people to walk on it after 24 hours and achieving full curing in 7 days.

X. Substrate Preparation
1. Substrate Requirements: The substrate must be flat, dry (moisture content ≤8%), free of hollow areas and oil stains, with a pH value ≤10.
2. Preparation Steps:
○ Sand the substrate to remove laitance and oil stains (using sandpaper or a high-pressure water gun).
○ Repair cracks and holes (using polymer cement mortar or epoxy putty).
○ Apply a sealing primer (to enhance adhesion, dosage 0.1-0.2 kg/m²).
XI. Recommended Application Product System
• Thin Coat System: Sealing Primer (0.1-0.2 kg/m²) + Yongrong Transparent Waterproof Adhesive (2-3 coats, total usage 0.6-0.9 kg/m²).
• Thick Coat System: Sealing Primer (0.1-0.2 kg/m²) + Yongrong Transparent Waterproof Adhesive (3-4 coats, total usage 0.9-1.2 kg/m²).
1. Application Tools: Roller, brush, spray gun, mixer.
2. Application Steps:
○ Mix two-component products according to the specified ratio and use within 30 minutes after thorough mixing (single-component products can be used directly).
○ Apply the transparent waterproof adhesive by roller or brush, with an interval of 4-6 hours between each coat. The brushing direction should be crisscrossed.
○ For spray application, adjust the spray gun pressure (2-3 kg/cm²) to ensure a uniform coating.
