Yongrong flat coating is an architectural coating that uses acrylic emulsion, water-based polyurethane, or solvent-based resin as film-forming substances. It forms a smooth, uniform decorative coating through brushing, rolling, or spraying. Its characteristics include a smooth surface with no obvious texture and low gloss (matte or semi-matte). It is mainly used for large-area decoration such as walls and ceilings, providing both protection and aesthetics.

1. Water-based Flat Coating: Environmentally friendly and safe: VOC content ≤5g/L, conforming to GB 18582-2020 standard, free of formaldehyde and benzene compounds, suitable for interior decoration. Strong hiding power: White paint hiding power ≥90%, can cover base color differences. Scrub resistance: ≥10,000 times (superior grade), suitable for children's rooms and public spaces. Easy application: Single component, ready to use after opening, can be diluted with water (≤20%), surface dry in 1-2 hours.

Theoretical usage: Water-based flat coating: 0.15-0.2 kg/m² (one coat), 0.3-0.4 kg/m² for two coats. Solvent-based flat coating: 0.1-0.15 kg/m² (one coat), 0.2-0.3 kg/m² for two coats.
Color Selection: Standard Color Chart: Provides international standard color charts such as RAL and PANTONE, supports computer color mixing. Custom Colors: Special colors can be mixed according to customer needs, color difference ≤ ΔE1.5.

Product Storage: Water-based flat coatings: Store in a cool, dry place at 5-35℃, shelf life 12 months. Solvent-based flat coatings: Store in a sealed container, away from fire, shelf life 6 months.
Surface Preparation:
1. Remove surface dust and oil stains, ensuring a smooth surface without hollow areas.
2. New concrete needs to be cured for at least 28 days, with a moisture content ≤10% and a pH value <10.
3. Old walls need to be sanded until no powdering occurs; cracks should be repaired with putty.
Recommended Application Product System: Interior Walls: Interface Agent → Putty (2 coats) → Primer → Yongrong Flat Coating (2 coats). Exterior Walls: Interface Agent → Crack-resistant Putty → Sealing Primer → Yongrong Flat Coating (2 coats).
Application Guidelines
1. Dilution: Dilute water-based flat coatings with water (≤20%). Use a dedicated thinner for solvent-based coatings.
2. Application: Apply two coats evenly with a roller or spray gun, with a 2-hour interval between each coat (after surface drying).
3. Spraying: Use a nozzle diameter of 1.5-2.0mm and an air pressure of 0.3-0.5MPa to avoid dripping.
Precautions: Application temperature 5-35℃, humidity <85%. Avoid rainy or frosty weather. Solvent-based products require ventilation for at least 72 hours after application to avoid poisoning. Unused product should be sealed and stored to prevent skin formation.
Tools: Roller, brush, spray gun, mixer, sandpaper (240-320 grit).
Safety Precautions: Solvent-based products are flammable and must be kept away from fire and high-temperature environments.
