Storage conditions: Store in a cool, dry place at a temperature of 5-35℃, avoiding direct sunlight. Shelf life: 12 months (solvent-based), 24 months (water-based) in unopened condition.
X. Substrate Preparation
1. Substrate requirements: The surface should be flat, dry (moisture content ≤8%), free of hollow areas and oil stains, with a pH value ≤10.
2. Preparation steps:
○ Grind the surface to remove laitance and oil stains;
○ Repair potholes and cracks, and level with epoxy putty;
○ Apply a sealing primer to enhance adhesion.
XI. Recommended Application System

• Self-Leveling System: Sealing Primer (0.1kg/㎡) + Epoxy Self-Leveling Intermediate Coat (0.8-1.2kg/㎡) + Solid Color Self-Leveling Top Coat (1.0-1.5kg/㎡).
