Powder Floor Refinisher is an environmentally friendly repair material with thermosetting powder coating as its core component. It is specially designed for repairing defects such as damage, scratches, and peeling on the floor surface. Made of thermosetting polymers such as epoxy resin, polyester resin or acrylic resin, it is attached to the floor surface through electrostatic spraying or fluidized bed process and cured at high temperature to form a dense coating. Containing leveling agents, matting agents, pigments, etc., it supports a variety of surface effects such as matte, high gloss, sand texture, etc., and the color can be customized. The product is widely used in: industrial fields/outdoor landscapes/commercial spaces/public facilities/residential scenes
1. Excellent Environmental Performance
Zero VOC Emissions: No organic solvents are used during the production and application process, and no harmful substances such as formaldehyde and benzene are released, complying with national environmental protection laws.
No Preservatives: The powdered particle structure is not conducive to bacterial growth, eliminating the need for preservatives, thus preventing potential harm to human health.
Quick Odor Elimination: Odors dissipate quickly after application, meeting safe occupancy standards within 24 hours.
2. Excellent Physical Properties
High Adhesion: Strong adhesion to substrates such as steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloy, and concrete, with secondary adhesion still meeting Grade 0 standards after weathering testing.
Abrasion and Impact Resistance: With a hardness of 2H-6H, the coating withstands forklifts and heavy objects, and remains crack-free even under an impact of 50 kg·cm.
Chemical Corrosion Resistance: Withstands immersion in 10% sulfuric acid and 5% sodium hydroxide solutions for 60 days without change, making it suitable for use in chemical workshops, laboratories, and other environments.
3. Application Efficiency and Economy
One-Step Forming: A single spray coat achieves a film thickness of 60-100μm, 3-5 times that of traditional paint, reducing application time to 1/10 of traditional processes.
Powder Recycling: Overspray powder can be reused through a recycling system, achieving a utilization rate of over 90%, reducing material costs.
High Level of Automation: Electrostatic spraying or fluidized bed processes reduce manual intervention, saving over 30% in labor costs.
4. Versatile Functionality
Rich Colors: Customizable with international color palettes such as RAL and Pantone, creating special effects such as metallic, sand, and orange.
Anti-Slip and Moisture-Resistant: By adjusting the surface roughness, the wet coefficient of friction is ≥0.5, making it suitable for humid environments such as swimming pools and bathrooms.
Flame-Retardant Insulation: The coating has a temperature resistance range of -40°C to 140°C and is certified for Class B1 fire protection, slowing the spread of fire.
5. Strong Repair Adaptability
Local Repair: For localized defects such as scratches and peeling, the coating eliminates the need for a complete renovation, reducing repair costs. Strong compatibility: compatible with traditional coatings such as epoxy floor paint and polyurethane floor paint, with no color difference after repair.
