I. Raw Material Composition and Product Introduction
The glaze varnish uses hydroxyl acrylic modified polyurethane resin, providing high gloss and hardness; functional additives include dispersants, defoamers, leveling agents, and thickeners to improve application performance; deionized water is used as an environmentally friendly diluent; water-based aliphatic/alicyclic polyisocyanates react with the hydroxyl groups of the main agent to form a cross-linked structure, promoting the curing reaction. Yongrong glaze varnish has a fine texture and natural color, with breathable, weather-resistant, and antibacterial properties, effectively protecting walls and enhancing the brightness and aesthetics of buildings.

VIII. Surface Treatment
Substrate Requirements: Flat, dry (moisture content ≤8%), clean, free of oil, dust, and rust.
Construction Steps
1. Sanding the Substrate: Sand with 180-240 grit sandpaper until smooth.
2. Cleaning the Substrate: Wipe with alcohol or a special cleaner.
3. Substrate Treatment: Apply anti-rust primer to metal surfaces; fill nail holes and gaps on wood surfaces.
Wood Substrate: Sealing Primer → Putty → Intermediate Coat → Permanent Glaze Clear Varnish (2-3 coats)
Metal Substrate: Anti-rust Primer → Intermediate Coat → Glaze Clear Varnish (2 coats)
Plastic Substrate: Special Plastic Primer → Glazed Clear Varnish (1-2 coats)
X. Application Method
1. Mixing: Mix A:B in a 5:1 ratio, stir well, and let stand for 10 minutes to mature.
2. Application: Brush or spray (nozzle 1.5-2.0mm, pressure 10-15MPa), apply multiple thin coats.
3. Drying: Surface dry ≤ 2 hours, fully dry ≤ 24 hours, reaches optimal performance in 7 days.
4. Sanding: Sand with 400-600 grit sandpaper between each coat, polish with 800-1000 grit for the final coat.
5. Theoretical Consumption: 0.15-0.20kg/㎡
Application Environment: 5-35℃, humidity ≤ 80%, avoid application in rainy or damp conditions.
Pot Life after Mixing: Use within 4 hours at 25℃.
Substrate problems may cause paint film cracking and peeling.
Hardener should not come into contact with moisture, otherwise it will become ineffective.
