Substrate Treatment | The substrate should be flat, firm, and free of standing water. Cracks should be repaired with a sealant, and corners should be rounded with an radius of ≥50mm.
Material Preparation | Liquid and powder should be mixed according to the manufacturer's ratio (e.g., 1:1.5) and mechanically stirred for 3-5 minutes until no lumps remain.
Detail Reinforcement | At pipe roots and floor drains, apply a two-coat, one-layer mesh method, applying the two-component waterproof coating and then laying a mesh fabric.
Large Surface Coating | Apply in 2-3 coats, each coat perpendicular to the direction of application, with a total thickness ≥1.5mm. After the final coat is completely dry, conduct a water tightness test (24 hours).
