Construction Process and Specifications
Ⅰ. Construction Flow
1. Substrate Treatment: Remove loose dust and oil stains; repair cracks (for cracks <0.3mm, fill with elastic putty; for cracks ≥0.3mm, cut V-grooves and embed alkali-resistant mesh); flatness deviation ≤3mm/2m.
2. Primer Application: Roller-apply penetrating sealing primer (0.12-0.15kg/㎡), in 2 coats; total drying time ≥24h.
3. Segmentation and Test Spraying: Mark out the segmentation lines according to the design (spacing ≤ 1.5m), and make a sample on-site to adjust the spray gun parameters (air pressure 0.3-0.5MPa, gun distance 30-50cm).
