Ceramic stone is a water-based artistic coating made from high-temperature calcined colored sand and environmentally friendly resin as its core raw materials. Through a special process, it achieves a three-dimensional texture that mimics natural stone and provides high-performance protective functions.

It supports multiple gloss levels, including matte, satin, and high gloss, meeting the design needs of various styles, from modern minimalist to European classical.
2. Superior Physical Properties
High Hardness and Abrasion Resistance: With a Mohs hardness of 5-7 (close to natural stone), it can withstand daily impacts and friction. The surface is dense and smooth, withstanding over 50,000 scrubs.
Moisture and Mildew Resistance: Porosity ≤3%, water absorption <5%, meeting the GB/T1741-2020 mildew resistance level 0 standard, suitable for humid environments such as bathrooms and kitchens.
Excellent Weather Resistance: Passes a 3000-hour QUV accelerated aging test, with UV resistance 3 times better than traditional latex paint, providing an indoor service life of over 15 years.
3. Environmentally Friendly and Safe: Water-based formula, VOC content ≤10g/L, free formaldehyde not detected, total heavy metals <50mg/kg, meeting GB18582-2020 indoor decoration and renovation materials standards and French A+ grade air quality certification.

IV.構造および使用仕様
1. 基板の要件
平滑性: 2m の直定規でチェックした場合、誤差 ≤2mm。内隅と外隅の垂直誤差 ≤ 3mm。
湿度と pH 値: 水分含量 ≤ 10%、pH 値 ≤ 10。 pH > 10 の場合は、耐アルカリ性のシーリングプライマーを塗布する必要があります。
清潔さ：浮遊ゴミや油汚れを除去。カビで汚染された領域は塩素を含む消毒剤で処理する必要があります。

3. 構築手順
(1) 下地処理：耐水性パテを塗布し、ひび割れや緩みがないように滑らかに研磨します。
(2) プライマー塗布: 耐アルカリ性のシーリングプライマーをローラーで塗布し、少なくとも 6 時間乾燥させます。
(3) セラミックストーンの塗布: 1 ～ 1.5 mm の厚さに薄く最初のコートを塗布し、表面が乾燥した後に質感を出します。 2回目のコートを厚さ0.3～0.5mmで塗布し、表面のバリを滑らかにします。
(4) トップコート塗布：24 時間乾燥後、ローラーでトップコートを塗布し、耐汚染性を高めます。
V. 注意事項と安全仕様
1. 建設環境: 温度 5-35℃、湿度 ≤85%;夏の気温が高い場合には冷却のために散水が必要であり、冬の気温が低い場合には暖房が必要です。
2. 工具とメンテナンス: 建設工具は速やかに水で洗浄し、ステンレス製のこてには防錆油を塗布してください。
3. 安全保護: 建設作業員は KN95 防塵マスクとゴーグルを着用する必要があります。高所で作業する場合は安全ベルトを着用する必要があります。
4.完成品の保護：貼り付け後7日以内は完成品に触れないでください。 14日以内は水洗いを避けてください。
VI.梱包と保管
梱包仕様：30kg/ドラム/20リットル（永栄20リットルオレンジプラスチックドラム）
保管条件：直射日光や凍結を避け、5～35℃の涼しく乾燥した場所に保管してください。賞味期限: 12ヶ月。
