What is your production capacity?
Please request the latest confirmed capacity figures—we publish only numbers verified with the factory.
How do I get certificates?
The business license, MSDS, and marine transport reports can be downloaded on the Factory & Qualifications page. Ask in your inquiry for other certificates relevant to your destination market.
What are sample sizes and lead times?
Each product page lists sample MOQ and bulk MOQ. Standard lead time is 7–12 days; freight and trade terms are confirmed in the inquiry.
How do we start as a distributor?
Tell us your country, channel type, 1–2 lead products to start with, and an estimated first order. We typically go sample → trial order → volume. Territory terms are discussed case by case; this site does not imply exclusivity.
