Reflective Heat-Insulation Coating
YR-9806-3X

1 / 5
YRong Reflective Heat-Insulation Coating uses nano-scale reflective pigments and hollow microbeads in a reflect–barrier–radiate triple mechanism. Solar reflectance ≥0.85 and hemispherical emittance ≥0.89 help cut surface temperatures by 15–25°C in summer and reduce HVAC energy use by 20–40%—ideal for roofs, facades, and industrial facilities.
Acrylic or silicone binders with nano reflective pigments (e.g. TiO₂) and hollow glass microbeads form a multi-layer composite for high reflectance and radiative cooling. Waterborne grades meet GB 18582-2020 (VOC ≤50 g/L); solvent grades meet GB 30981-2020. Custom colors and functional upgrades available for project supply.

Product features
Reflective insulation system: solar reflectance ≥0.85, emittance ≥0.89, thermal conductivity ≤0.08 W/(m·K)—energy-saving cooling plus building protection.
Key strengths
- Triple insulation — reflects solar radiation, blocks heat conduction, and promotes surface radiative cooling.
- Core metrics — solar reflectance (GB/T 25261) ≥0.85; hemispherical emittance (GB/T 13475) ≥0.89; artificial weathering ≥1,000 h.
- Energy savings — surface −15 to −25°C, indoor −3 to −8°C; HVAC cut 20–40%; typical payback 3–5 years.
- Compliance — waterborne VOC ≤50 g/L; GB/T 25261-2018 reflective roof/wall coating. Certificates available on inquiry.
- Application fit — roofs, exterior facades, industrial plants, tanks/pipes; pairs with elastic waterproof, epoxy, or fire primers.
Applications
- Roofs — high insulation + waterproofing: reflective topcoat + elastic waterproof primer
- Exterior facades — decorative + thermal: reflective mid-coat + colored reflective finish
- Industrial plants — heat + corrosion: silicone reflective coating + epoxy primer
- Tanks/pipes — cooling + fire protection: high-temp reflective coating + fire primer
Technical snapshot
- Solar reflectance ≥0.85; hemispherical emittance ≥0.89; thermal conductivity ≤0.08 W/(m·K)
- Artificial weathering ≥1,000 h; dry film ≥80 μm (2–3 coats)
- VOC ≤50 g/L (waterborne, GB 18582-2020); GB/T 25261-2018
- Lead time 7–12 days · 10-year quality warranty
Application notes
- Substrate flat/dry (moisture ≤8%), pH 6.5–7.5; new walls filled/sanded to 200 grit; old walls cleaned and patched
- Primer about 0.15 kg/m²; spray 0.4–0.6 MPa, 2–3 coats; apply 5–35°C, RH <85%
Packaging & storage
- 5 kg / 10 kg / 20 kg / 25 kg; larger packs on request
- White/silver/light colors for highest reflectance; dark custom ≥0.6; optional antimicrobial/self-cleaning upgrades
- Unopened shelf life is 12 months (5–35°C)
Recommended system
- Surface check & prep → sealer primer (about 0.15 kg/m², dry 4–6 h)
- Reflective finish 2–3 coats (dry film ≥80 μm; roll or spray)
- Match elastic waterproof, epoxy, or fire primer to scene; ~5–7 workdays per 1,000 m² roof
