Bonding primer · one-component & two-component waterborne
Interface Agent
YR-9(8)701-(10-15)

1 / 4
YRong waterborne interface agents improve substrate density and adhesion before putty, waterproofing, or topcoats. Choose one-component for easy interior prep, or two-component for higher bond strength in damp, outdoor, and high-wear areas.
One-component polymer emulsion penetrates pores to form a network that consolidates the base. Two-component (emulsion + cement/quartz powder) combines organic flexibility with inorganic strength—suited to basements, bridges, smooth concrete, and tile backs.

Both systems are waterborne. One-component is ready to dilute and apply; two-component is mixed on site for stronger adhesion and freeze–thaw resistance.
Key strengths
- Low VOC — one-component ≤5 g/L; two-component ≤10 g/L (GB 18582-2020 path).
- Bond strength — ≥0.6 MPa (1K untreated) / ≥1.5 MPa (2K on concrete).
- One-component ease — open, dilute ≤30%, touch dry 1–2 h.
- Two-component toughness — water and freeze–thaw resistance for wet/outdoor zones.
- Wide substrates — porous blocks, gypsum, smooth concrete, old tile, metal (as specified).
Applications
- Interiors: consolidate walls before putty; gypsum / ALC panels
- Renovation: penetrate and reinforce powdery old bases
- Outdoor / underground: bridges, tunnels, basement waterproof interfaces (2K)
- High wear: industrial floors, parking decks; tile-back priming
Technical snapshot
- Standards: JC/T 907-2018 (Type I / II) with GB 18582-2020
- 1K coverage 0.1–0.2 kg/m²; touch dry 1–2 h; recoat 2–4 h
- 2K coverage 0.3–0.5 kg/m² (textured); touch dry 4–6 h; recoat 8–12 h
- Lead time 7–12 days
Application notes
- 1K: dilute with water, roll/brush 1–2 coats, then next process
- 2K: mix liquid:powder per pack, stir 3–5 min; use within ~2 h
Packaging & storage
- 1 kg / 5 kg / 10 kg / 20 kg / 25 kg; larger packs on request
- Unopened shelf life is 12 months (5–35°C)
- Substrate clean; moisture <10%, pH <10
Recommended systems
- Interior wall: interface agent → putty → primer → topcoat
- Outdoor waterproof: interface agent → waterproof coating → protection
- Home → 1K; engineering / wet outdoor → 2K
