Application notes
- Clean, flat, dry substrate (moisture <10%, pH <10); putty → alkali primer about 0.15 kg/m²
- Thin base coat → 2–3 angled texture layers after dry → polish at ~80% dry at 45°; ≥5°C, RH ≤85%

- Coverage: primer 0.15–0.2 kg/m²; Malay paint 0.4–0.6 kg/m²
- Unopened shelf life is 12 months (5–35°C)
Recommended system
- Primer: waterproof putty 2–3 coats, sanded, then alkali-resistant sealer (about 0.15–0.2 kg/m²)
- Mid-coat: Malay paint thin base about 0.3 mm, full hide
- Finish: 2–3 texture layers, polish at ~80% dry (Malay paint about 0.4–0.6 kg/m²)
