Single-component polymer cement-based waterproof coating
JS Waterproof Coating
YR-9(8)804-02

1 / 4
YRong JS Waterproof Coating is a water-based, eco-friendly waterproof material made from high-performance polymer emulsion. Mixed with cement on-site, it cures into a rigid-flexible composite membrane with strong adhesion, crack resistance, and long-term water resistance—for wet areas, basements, and selected exterior scopes.
A single-component emulsion mixed with cement on site forms a rigid-flexible waterproof film: bridges minor cracks, bonds firmly to concrete/mortar, works on damp (non-ponding) substrates, and can be brushed, rolled, or troweled without sagging on vertical surfaces.

Technical data
- Standard GB/T 23445; single-component emulsion (mix with cement on site)
- Mix ratio: liquid : cement = 1 : 0.8–1 (by weight)
- Tack-free approx. 4–6 h (25°C); full cure about 7 days (25°C)
- Recommended thickness 1.0–1.5 mm; coverage about 1.4–2.4 kg/m² (by thickness)
Application notes
- Substrate solid and clean—no dust, oil, or standing water; reinforce pipe roots and corners first
- Mix liquid and cement evenly; de-aerate; apply thin cross coats (at least 2–3); no traffic/water/rain before cure
Packaging & storage
- 5 kg / 10 kg / 20 kg / 25 kg; larger packs on request
- Unopened shelf life is 12 months (5–35°C)
