High-Gloss Porcelain Finish
YR-9(8)801-2X

1 / 5
YRong high-gloss porcelain finish (Mi porcelain glaze) crosslinks nano inorganic resin, metal oxides, and specialty additives into a dense glaze film—ceramic-level hardness with coating workability for architectural, industrial, and home surfaces.
Key strengths include pencil hardness 6–9H, hydrophobic self-cleaning, service about −50°C to 600°C, waterborne low VOC, plus strong weather and chemical resistance.

Product features
Nano ceramic glaze system: high hardness, weatherability, self-cleaning, eco safety, and high-temperature fire performance.
Key strengths
- Hard & abrasion resistant — pencil 6–9H; roughly 3–5× conventional coatings.
- Weathering — about 2000 h artificial aging (GB/T 1865) with low chalking/fade risk.
- Self-cleaning — contact angle ≥110°; rinse restores cleanliness.
- Waterborne eco profile — VOC ≤30 g/L (GB 18582). Certificates available on inquiry.
- High temp / fire — about −50°C to 600°C; fire class A1 (GB 8624).
Applications
- Architecture: walls, floors, ceilings with high-gloss finish (hotels, malls, homes)
- Industry: chemical equipment, pipes, tanks; furnaces and chimneys
- Home: counters, baths, furniture needing stain and abrasion resistance
- Transport / specialty: engines and bodywork needing heat and corrosion protection
Technical snapshot
- Touch dry ≤2 h; hard dry ≤24 h; adhesion ≥5 MPa; scrub ≥10,000 cycles
- Hardness 6–9H; 5% H₂SO₄ / 20% NaOH ≥72 h
- Walls ~0.15–0.2 kg/m²/coat; industrial 0.2–0.3; high-temp 0.3–0.4
- Lead time 7–12 days
Application notes
- Clean, sand (200–400 grit), repair; seal porous substrates first
- Mix 2K per ratio, rest, then apply; ≥5°C, RH ≤85%; cure about 24 h
Packaging, color & storage
- 1 kg / 5 kg / 10 kg / 20 kg / 25 kg; larger packs on request
- Standard and custom colors; matte / semi-matte / high-gloss options
- Unopened shelf life is 12 months (5–35°C)
Recommended system
- Sealer (~0.1 kg/m²) → mid-coat (~0.2 kg/m²) → porcelain topcoat (~0.15 kg/m²/coat)
- Walls ~30 μm DFT/coat; thicken for industrial or high-temp service
- Avoid hard abrasion for 7 days after application
