Floriana Villa (Ocean Furong) in Huadu, Guangzhou is a premium residential villa exterior coating project. The brief combined two hard requirements: long-term durability in a subtropical climate—heavy rain, high humidity, and UV that drive fading, chalking, cracking, plus mold and algae risk—and a high-end first impression: clean, unified elevations with a modern character and lower maintenance load. YRong framed the job as aesthetics plus building protection, delivering a complete exterior coating system that can be sampled, applied, and accepted on site. To address alkali bloom and adhesion risk, the system starts with a high-performance anti-alkali sealing primer that blocks rising alkalinity and stabilizes the substrate for the topcoat. The finish is a flagship elastomeric acrylic silicone coating: weatherability focused on fade, chalk, and crack resistance; climate performance balancing hydrophobicity with vapor permeability so the film stays intact in humid heat; and a self-cleaning tendency that helps rain and dust leave fewer visual marks. Colors can be customized to the villa massing and landscape so walls, window lines, and hardscape read as one composition. On site, execution emphasized large-area flatness, color-break edges, and balcony/trim detailing to avoid mottling, shade breaks, and fuzzy edges that would undermine a premium handover.
